Terms & Conditions
- Course dates are dependent on a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 learners and places are reserved on a first come first served basis.
- No places will be booked without a 50% deposit payment.
- Full payment must be received at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the first day of the course.
- We reserve the right to change the dates of the course should the minimum amount of learners not be met at that time. Learners will be refunded in full should they not be able to attend the new dates.
- We reserve the right to revise the course material and or module order without notice.
- We reserve the right to change the course venue if needed, substitute venues will wherever possible be in reasonable proximity to the original venue.
- Test results will be emailed and/or posted to learners within 7 days of the completion of the course.
